# Quiet Island

> Quiet Island is a one-person workshop in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, Ireland, hand-building small-batch, commissioned, and sculptural hi-fi loudspeakers, horn speakers, and bespoke audio installations for homes, wine bars, coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, studios, and listening rooms. Founded and run by David Magnier. Designs, builds, delivers, installs, and consults across Ireland, the European Union, and the rest of Europe.

## Active product

- **Bere Series** — a limited batch of 10 matched pairs of ported two-way bookshelf speakers built around a single full-range driver. Cabinet 410 × 255 × 300 mm (W × H × D). Available in multiple timber and cloth combinations. Reservations open via Stripe checkout.

## Commissions and installations

Quiet Island welcomes commission and installation enquiries from anywhere in Ireland or Europe — private clients, architects, interior designers, hospitality operators, venue owners, and studio builders. The process is five steps:

1. Conversation — about the space, the music, the people in the room, and the visual eye
2. Sketches & spec — agreed in writing before any deposit
3. Build by hand — in the Wicklow workshop
4. Delivery & fit-out — set up, tuned, and measured in the space
5. Put smiles on some faces
